Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Refund
Please contact our customer care team at mieleluxewaxnco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, custom products, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
